Matt and his team were great to work with. We had a large project that took around nine months. Matt provided us with excellent support and advice throughout the build, keeping us informed of next steps so we were ready with decisions made, and there were no delays.

Matt was always available for questions and quick to respond when we needed him to. Matt was very considerate of our particular situation, we were living on site in a caravan, and Matt though carefully about how the work on the build might affect us and would often put in systems to keep us as comfortable as possible whilst continuing to work on the project. The team Matt has built was great, very pleasant to have around and keen to create the house we had envisioned.

We have since had Matt back to develop our property further with a landscaping and a home office.

Matt at M Build was everything you would want from someone who is coming to dismantle your home and put it all back together again - bigger and better! From the outset we appreciated his honesty and opinions on translating the building plans and specifications into reality, and that he provided costings for the different options.
